Here's a Nomic and FUDGE inspired Tabletop RPG where the players can change the rules during play, including for only certain players.

This is the first game I've ever made for a game jam, so its honestly not very complete in the way I would like it to be,  and I probably left a few lines grammatically incorrect, but I wanted to still have something in by the deadline. I'll probably continue working on this independently of the jam.
